the bread does not stick - it's easy to remove.
already 2 times peak.
but I do not advise exceeding 200 degrees.
for normal mode at 180 degrees Celsius it's quite good.
the only thing that delivery without any kind of protection at all - just in a package. therefore there are small dents on the case.
